How long will it take to get my order?
Once we receive your images it takes us 4 or less business days to edit, color correct and scan your photos. The fastest orders are those who send professionally done prints and images on CD saved in 300 dpi or better. Digital e-mailed files are also faster orders. It takes us 3 to 4 days longer to scan and edit negatives. We ship with FedEx Ground which can take 1 to 5 business days. You may pay additional if you want to use FedEx 2nd day air or overnight.

We begin working on your order at the time payment is received. It can take up to 2 days for your personal checks to clear. Fastest payment are those with credit card. You will be kept updated on the status of your order via email. Please check your antispam setting to make sure you don't have us blocked.

What size card stock do you print on?

Comp Cards are printed on 10pt stock (100 lb) that has a glossy finish.
We have matte available upon request at no additional charge.
Business cards, mini comps and head shots are printed on 12 pt (120 lb) stock with a glossy front and a matte back.

I'm sending you my original pictures will I get them back?
Yes! We always take great care in handling your originals and ALWAYS send them back with your order. However, we can not be liable for anything that could happen to them while being shipped.

I have my cards already made from someone else. Can you print them for me?
Most likley we can. If you have your card saved in 300 dpi resolution we can use that. Or, you can send us your original prints in the mail and we'll redesign your card like the one you have. Prices depend on the size of the card, number of images in it, how many you want and how much computer time is involved for us to recreate your card. Please email us for a custom quote.

I design my own layouts and just need someone to print out comp cards for me. Can you do it?
Yes. If you have your card saved in 300 dpi resolution we can use that. Send a front and a back layout saved as a jpg sized to 5.5 x 8.5. The layout must be print ready with all the text included.  No text or important parts of the image should be within 1/4 inch from all edges.

How do I send digital files?
All you do is save your image with a resolution of 300 dpi in one of the following formats: BMP, JPG, TIFF, GIF, PSD, RLE, EPS, PDF, PCX, PCT, PIC, PNG, TGA, VDA, ICB, or VST. Then simply email them to us or upload them by clicking   HERE

Will my card be used as a sample? 

We may use your card as a sample of our printing work.  We will not sell or use your images in any other way.  Photographer's credits are given as provided on the original card.                 

Do you keep my card on file?

Yes. For reordering we can have your cards done in 1-2 business days if you order the exact card with no picture changes.

What happens if I don't like my proof after getting it?  

We will work with you to get you a card your happy with.  You get one more proof free of charge that you can change pictures, rearrange items, reword text or make other improvements.  After this second proof if you continue to make changes you need to order another proof set for $10 (this gets you 2 proofs).  We are only as good as the pictures you provide us with.  Major enlargements, low quality images, use of non-originals, low resolution images and sending damaged images typically end in less than ideal results.
